Features of the Product

Below we will list some of the new features within the new IX platform that will bring the wearer optimum performance and sound quality. From new and improved features for enhanced comfort to a brand new sound chip that further enhances Augmented Integration for a clear natural transition between all sound environments.

RealTime Coversation Enhancement

RealTime conversation enahancement works in three stages to provide instant sound clarity amongst environmental changes.

Analyze

The hearing aid will analyze over 192,000 datapoints every second to help to user understand the sound within the environment, whether that be speech or general sound such as conversation within a group or music.

Augment

After analysing the datapoints the hearing aids then augement the sound by locking on to and boosting the voices of all the people you are talking to, helping you hear them clearer against the background noise.

Adapt

The final part of the three stage process involves the hearing aids adapting to the new changes of sound. It does this by adjustsing 1000 times a second as the conversation moves and shifts to ensure you are always part of the action and never miss out.

Own Voice Processing (OVP) 2.0

Further enhanced on Signia's OVP in the X platform, OVP 2.0 not only ensures your own voice sounds just right, it helps you engage in more conversations. By allowing adjustments for the users own voice, independantly of the other sounds, Signia can endsure a clean natural sound whilst the user communicates.

TruEar 360

The powerful processing engine allows for an exceptional TruEar 360 mic mode that better reproduces and emphasizes the capabilities of the natural pinna-effect better than ever. TruEar 360 highlights the difference between front and back sources of sound to make localization of sound sources easier.

Increased input dynamic range

The microphones and the state-of-the-art analogue input stage can handle signals up to 117dB with great sound quality. That’s very close to the full capacity of human ears and ensures a clean crisp signal, for example at music concerts where the music can be really varied depending on position and environment.

e2e wireless 4.0

Building on the groundbreaking ear-to-ear (e2e) system from the AX platform, e2e 4.0 syncs more binaural audio data than ever, ensuring clearer speech processing and high-precision directional awareness. It also significantly boosts the speed of data transmission, delivering a much smoother sound experience and inaudible shifts between different settings. Latency is reduced by 60% so that transitions between different modes are no longer audible.

Signia Assistant

The Signia Assistant is your friendly AI helper which offers intelligent support for sound customization and troubleshooting in-between appointments. Change the settings if the sound at the push of a button and make real time adjustments based on your requirements for that environment. Available through the Signia App for Android and Apple.

Speech Stabilizer

Preserves the natural envelope of speech in any situation, including very noisy situations, which preserves acoustic cues that are important for speech understanding. Allt his is helping to improve the quality and naturalness of speech.

Motion Sensor

Motion Sensor detects whether the wearer is walking, running, or sitting still to guide how sound is optimized. This enables the sound to be processed correctly dependant on the users situation. Using AI technology allows this process to happen seamlessly.

Dynamic Sound Processing 3.0

Integrates inputs for precise hearing aid optimzation, including (when available): acoustic sensors, motion sensors, OVP 2.0, noise detection, SNR analysis, and RealTime Conversation Enhancement.

Sound Soothing

Reduces the annoyance of sudden loud impact sound such as when handling glassware.

Rechargeability

The Charge and Go IX currently is only available in a rechargeable format. Its a fully integrated Li-ion power cell that when fully charged will give the user a full 24 hours worth of listening including 5 hours of streaming. The charging and usage times are as follow:

3 hour charge - Gives the user a full 24 hours of usage including streaming from bluetooth devices.

1.5 hour charge - Gives the user around 12-14 hours of usage including bluetooth streaming

0.5 hour charge - Gives the user around 6-7 hours of usage including bluetooth streaming.

The Signia IX comes with three types of charges as follows:

Standard Desk Charger- A plug in charger that comes with the heairng aids as standard. Not wireless or on the go.

Qi Wireless Charger- A wireless charger that allows you to charge the hearing aids on the go (3 times on a full battery charge)

Dry&Clean Charger- A full immersive UVC charger to sanitise and clean the hearing aids whilst charging them.

Build Quality

The Charge and Go IX come with an IP68 rating meaning they are highly resistant to moisture, dirt, wax and sweat. They are very reliable and even come with a moisture coated receiver and filter for maximum protection. 

The build quality of their charging unit is designed to be portable and lightweight meaning you can take it easily on the go should you need an extra top up of power. Its a high grade Li-ion power cell build to last up to 4 years.

Hearing Aid Styles / Colours

The Charge and Go IX currently comes in RIC (Receiver in Canal) and Silk (Instant Fit R CIC) Formats.

Charge and Go IX - Receiver in canal version, Fully wireless and blutooth facilitated.

Silk Charge and Go- The latest invoation in instant fit rechargeable technology. Bluetooth complete in canal product. The first of its kind.
